Wash the rose patel 2-3 tym and drain the water.
Put the pan on flame add rose patel and sugar cook on medium slow flame sugar started to melt .
Now add 2sp of honey ,fennel seed and crushed green cardamom cook again .
When sugar completely disdolve n and started to thick cook few minutes more n switch of the flame.
Store in glass jar n make ur any sweet dish lije kheer burfi etc.
